Re-jacket is the name we have given to the KiLR-CHiLR™ air cooling system Pat. Pend., which is fitted to an existing partially jacketed tank to improve its efficiency and cooling qualities.

It is the best buy for those who have tanks they wish to have high electric power efficiency, and uniform predictable temperatures for white wine fermentation, cold stabilization, and bulk storage of juice and wine.

It is the best buy when fully jacketed or insulated tankage is needed. Economically upgrade your present bulk storage, while decreasing refrigeration demand, with no added heat exchangers or controls.

Advantages:

➢ Save on refrigeration power expense.

➢ Prevent over-heating above the upper jacket.

➢ Have definite heat-limiting and controllability throughout the tank.

➢ Leave the thermostat in charge of the whole tank, not just that portion below the top of the upper  jacket.

➢ Decrease refrigeration load in one winery location so that it can be used in another to expand the refrigerated tankage.

➢ Decrease the dehumidification of the cellar from frosting jackets.

➢ Dryer floors because condensation and frosting jackets are eliminated.

Field installation is available for those tanks which are accessible to workers and have adequate space around them for addition of the KiLR-CHiLR™ air circulation system. Seven or eight inches per tank is needed.
